Fundamentals Fitness Classes in Adelaide
You’ll be participating in 3x one on one or small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasise proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in classes as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in class you may graduate to our regular classes and get the full Soul 365 experience!
