Harry joined the Mode family in 2017, and looks forward to helping everyone that comes into Mode with their health and fitness journey! Harry has had a passion for CrossFit since his very first class back in 2013 and truly believes that CrossFit is for everyone. He enjoys seeing the constant improvements that members make and the joy and satisfaction they go home with.. Harry finished 15th at the CrossFit Pacific Regionals 2017 and is keen to improve that result in 2018.
