Our Strength and Conditioning classes (S&C) combine all the elements you need to build overall strength, learn safe lifting techniques (including Olympic lifting) and develop a solid cardio conditioning base to tackle anything life throws at you. To help our members be functionally fit, we use these ten areas of development: Cardiovascular endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Every movement in class is scalable and modifiable to suit any fitness or skill level from an absolute beginner to a competitive athlete. Our classes, in short, will help you to be fitter and stronger in a welcoming, like-minded community setting where you’ll get variety and be challenged to be your best you.
